Accompaniment for Your Parish, Diocese, or School
We build relationships with parishes, dioceses, schools and small groups who are ready to take the next step toward creating a culture of intentional discipleship. By accompanying your group, we provide encouragement and accountability, help uncover resources, and facilitate discussions that help create a culture of discipleship at your parish.
- Formation and retreat experiences to help form parish leadership teams and assist them in planning for their common mission.
- Kerygmatic parish missions and parish-wide retreats to help parishes’ evangelization efforts bear lasting fruit among their parishioners.
- Ongoing, customized accompaniment and consultation for those parish teams who are implementing their plan.
We are committed to walking with you, your leaders, and your entire community as we seek to know Jesus and His Church together. The work of evangelization is, above all, relational. To walk with you on your communitiy's journey of discipleship, whether it is for just one retreat or event or for a long term relationship of growht together, is the heart of our mission.
We believe it is through the art of accompaniment - walking with people, meeting them where they are at and sharing in their joys and sorrows and steadily witnessing to the power of Jesus Christ in our own lives - that we can not only make disciples of Jesus, but we can also become more fully His disciples ourselves.
Hear What Others Are Saying...

The Accompaniment course hit me right-on with very practical steps on how to walk with others and to see the bigger picture (something I have been in need of) of where I am on my own journey as well as how to help my family and parish. The stressing of a focus on Jesus, not being silent, praying with people now, healing, the importance of stories & listening, and many other items were also a great capstone.
I have been “drinking out of firehouse” of our Catholic Faith since having an experience of the love of Jesus in January of this year. My wife had experienced a similar encounter at that time as well, which has been great has been a blessing to walk together. We have experienced many small (& a few large) transformations over the last 8-months and the accompaniment training has been one more step on this journey.

This was the first formation event that I have attended, and I fully plan on attending the rest of the series. This was material that I will go back to again and again. Kristin was an excellent speaker - I appreciated her directness, and also her including group discussion and prayer times. I am looking forward the next session!

One of the BEST programs I have ever taken part in!!!! Can't wait until the next session! I left with a new way of looking at Church. If you ever have the opportunity to go - do it!!

I felt the topic was very timely as we search for new understandings and the HOW of applying evangelization skills to our ministry. It was the most informative, formational, and nourishing event I have been to hosted by the Arch[diocese] so far. I plan to implement this immediately by focusing more on providing encounters with Jesus, not just providing programs, and spending more time and effort accompanying individuals in my parish, especially my youth.

As this year has been a struggle for me in my new assignment, I feel as if Holy Spirit sent Kristin FOR ME! There was so much that she articulated that was on my heart but I did not know how to put it into words or action. My time last week left me with 11 different statements that I am posting next to my desk as I make may plans for the young people in my parish next year.
